RapidPricer B.V. (“RapidPricer”, “we”, “us”) is a retail-pricing firm based at Herengracht 449A, 1017 BR Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any question about your data, contact info@rapidpricer.nl.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
We do not collect special-category data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, send the materials you requested, and follow up about the relevant engagement. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and taking steps at your request prior to any engagement. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting and forms provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf; submissions are then delivered to us by email. Netlify is US-based, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR. We share data only with this provider and only as needed to deliver the service you asked for.
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to erase your data sooner at any time.
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. Fonts are served from our own server — not a third-party content network — so loading a page does not share your IP address with any external font provider.
Some pages link out to third-party services such as Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube and Spotify. These open in a new tab and are governed by those providers’ own privacy and cookie policies; we do not embed their trackers on this site.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@rapidpricer.nl and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
