How we handle the personal data you share with us, what cookies we use, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Last updated: June 2026
RapidPricer B.V. (“RapidPricer”, “we”, “us”) is a retail-pricing firm based at Herengracht 449A, 1017 BR Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any question about your data, contact info@rapidpricer.nl.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
We do not collect special-category data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, send the materials you requested, and follow up about the relevant engagement. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and taking steps at your request prior to any engagement. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting and forms provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf; submissions are then delivered to us by email. Netlify is US-based, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR. We share data only with this provider and only as needed to deliver the service you asked for.
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to erase your data sooner at any time.
Strictly necessary cookies. A small amount of local storage is used to remember your cookie choice and to keep the site functioning. These are exempt from consent because the site cannot work properly without them. Fonts are served from our own server — not a third-party content network — so loading a page does not share your IP address with any external font provider.
Analytics cookies (optional, off by default). With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics is disabled until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner; if you choose “Reject”, no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded at all. We enable IP anonymisation, and we use Google Consent Mode so that no analytics storage occurs without your permission. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. When enabled, Google acts as a data processor and may process data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses; see Google’s own privacy policy for details.
Some pages link out to third-party services such as Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube and Spotify. These open in a new tab and are governed by those providers’ own privacy and cookie policies; we do not embed their trackers on this site.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@rapidpricer.nl and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We may update this notice as our services evolve. The current version is always available at this page, with the revision date shown above.
